What makes our Damascus knives so special?

A handcrafted 3FALKEN Damascus knife cannot be compared to standard, mass-produced knives.

That would be like pitting a Porsche against a Golf – an unequal duel.

It is their quality, their perfection and their wonderful aesthetics that are reflected in our knives and make them something truly special. Already the first cut will make you clearly feel the difference, and every subsequent cut will further captivate you.

The proper care of our Damascus knives

In the basic care hardly differs from that of a stainless steel kitchen knife. After use, simply rinse the 3FALKEN knife by hand under lukewarm water – with a drop of dish soap if desired, depending on the cutting material.

Now we come to the crucial point: thorough drying! You can use anything from a dish towel to a microfiber cloth. Accordingly, the finer the cloth, the gentler it is for the material.

A dry knife is not a rusty knife!

It is important to ensure that you never store your knife damply! It is essential to dry it after use.

The correct storage for your knife

The proper storage of high-quality kitchen knives

High-quality kitchen knives deserve special care – even in storage. Never store your knives loose in a drawer, as this can damage the blades and pose a safety risk.

Ideal are magnetic blocks, magnetic strips or special knife cases that protect the blades and at the same time ensure order. Make sure knife blocks and magnetic strips are always made of wood. Wood is sustainable, resource-saving, prevents scratches on the blade and ensures safe storage.

Make sure the knives are also completely clean and dry before storing them. With the proper storage, your knives will remain sharp, safe, and durable.

Avoid contact with hard or abrasive materials, as this could damage the blade.
